My academic journey was marked by consistent excellence, as evidenced by my inclusion in the College Dean’s List throughout my studies and ranking 34th among the university’s graduating batch. My strong academic foundation has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of tourism management principles, which I’ve effectively translated into my professional career.
Professionally, I have amassed a diverse portfolio of roles. Beginning as an HR Assistant at SM Home in Cabanatuan, I developed a keen eye for organizational efficiency. I then progressed to become a Site Operations Manager at Shell, where I honed my leadership and operational management skills. My journey continued internationally as a Receptionist and Meet & Greeter at Škoda in Dubai, before transitioning into my current role as CRM Manager at Swank Development. Here, I was honored with the Employee of the Year award, a testament to my dedication and impact within the organization. Each role has broadened my perspective, strengthened my interpersonal skills, and fueled my passion for creating meaningful connections in both professional and client-facing settings.
