Swank Development Celebrates HCT Interns at IPS 2026

Emirati engineering students were recognised after completing a three-month internship programme with Swank Development.

Swank Development celebrated the successful completion of its internship programme for Emirati students from the Higher Colleges of Technology with a graduation ceremony held during the opening day of the International Property Show 2026.

The ceremony took place on 7 September at the Swank Development stand at Dubai World Trade Centre, in the presence of the company's Founder and CEO, Moustafa Elsaid, HCT faculty representatives and members of the Swank Development team.

The graduating students completed a three-month internship programme across the fields of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. Throughout the programme, they gained practical exposure to the property development and construction sectors while working alongside experienced professionals on active projects.

The initiative enabled the students to connect their academic knowledge with real-world applications and develop a deeper understanding of the technical, operational and collaborative processes involved in bringing residential developments to life.

During the ceremony, certificates were presented to the interns in recognition of their dedication, progress and successful completion of the programme. The occasion also provided an opportunity to acknowledge the valuable contribution of HCT faculty members in supporting the students throughout their academic and professional development.

Hosting the ceremony at IPS 2026 placed emerging Emirati talent at the heart of one of the region's prominent real estate events.
